They have to be fair too. This means that there should be no room for them to give preferential treatment, no matter who the customer is. All people who goes to the bar as a customer should be treated as one, regardless if they are a friend of the bartender or not. Provide equal treatment and care.

Trust is absolute. This is a mantra that all bartenders will have to bear in mind. They should make sure not to overcharge their clients. Do not underpour as well. More than that, the things that were talked about at the bar do not go out of the bar. Once trust is broken, this will cause bad reputation to arise.

It is possible to increase the said professional's salary through the tip that the customers leave behind. However, the professional should not be obsessed about it. This obsession will just show on the professional's face.

There is a legal drinking age that must be followed no matter what state or country the person is in. If the client seems to be a minor, it is only a standard protocol to ask for that client's personal identification card. This is so that the Florida bartender can make sure that the client is someone who is at the right age to drink alcoholic beverages.
