Google "Cheap Beats" and you will literally find over 42 million results, of course none of these websites are selling authentic Beats by Dr Dre. There is not conceivable way of knocking off over 50% from these headphones with out stealing them. With that in mind we can't help but wonder, "Are people actually buying these?" and "Why are these people buying these? They are fake Beats!".
Well today I can answer that question, I am fortunate enough to try both replica and authentic Dr Dre Headphones.
When I first tried my friends Dr. Dre Headphones I was blown away from the quality and crispiness of the sound products from the headset. It was simply mind blowing. I later asked him on the price that he got them at. He had replied "These are fake!", astonished I looked at him like he was playing a practical joke but he quickly showed me the website he had purchased them from on his phone. These beats were serious business, the website had contained every single headphones that Dr Dre Beats had produced and not only did they copy all of them visually, the quality of these headphones were superb.
I did not believe him since I am very against fake beats or "cheap beats" in this case. I believe in paying for value, and in this case it was really against what I believed. I decided I have to get myself a pair of authentic Beats, there is no turning back now!
To my surprise, the authentic Beats by Dr Dre was not that much better than the headphones that my friend got but rather, I paid almost double the total amount! Unhappy and feeling that I paid far too much, I quickly returned the headsets prior to the 40-day Guarantee was over to Futureshop and ended up buying a new Beats Pro online instead for a much better price. I was content with my final decision because I discovered that what actually mattered about these headphones - the audio quality - was barely noticeable between the two.
So through experience, I strongly suggest buying cheap Beats online. I bought two headphones, a Beats by Dre Studio and a Beats by Dre Pro - one for myself and one for my brother. Both of these are great products that we both enjoy and we thought they were bought at amazing prices.
